September 21, 2026, 12:00 PM 🚧Fulton County🚧 FULL CLOSURE: September 25-28 Construction on I-285 in SW Fulton, Cascade Rd to SR 166/Langford Pkwy Work crews for the Georgia DOT will close all northbound and southbound lanes on Interstate 285 (I-285) in southwest Fulton County, scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. on Friday, September 25, until 5 a.m. on Monday, September 28.

The Clerk of Superior Court serves as Clerk of the Superior and State Courts, and is responsible for maintaining all records of these courts. The Clerk’s office is responsible for filing and recording deeds, mortgages and other real estate transactions in the county’s land records, filing and recording of various liens, plats, trade names, and general records. We assist the public with these transactions, however we are prohibited by law from giving legal advice. We are very proud of our county and the services we offer. Our goal is to provide citizens with an efficient and accessible method for conducting business with the Clerk’s Office. We are confident that through the services provided on this site, our office will more efficiently serve the needs of our citizens.
