Natural Resource Management Parks & Recreation NRM Department manages over 146,500 acres of tax-forfeited, and county owned property with a strong commitment to forest stewardship. In developing a "first class" parks and recreation system our focus has been on providing quality, multiple-use opportunities for citizens of Beltrami County and tourists alike. Opportunities for mountain biking, hiking, fishing, horseback riding, hunting, cross-country skiing, and snowmobiling to name a few, can be found throughout Beltrami County.
