Simon grew up in Dallas, Texas. Attended Skyline High School. He graduated from Camp Pendleton, CA, in September 1985. He served as a Field Medic. During his time of service, he was stationed in Japan for several years. Simon was an enlisted soldier during the Gulf War and served his country for 7 years.Simon was Free Spirited, who marched to the beat of his own drum. Typically said what was on his mind and lived life as he saw fit. He was protective with those he cared about. His neighbor shared with me that he watched over her and made sure that she was safe. He would also inform her of any visitors when she was away. Simon enjoyed detailing vehicles, people watching, walks to Bachman Lake to feed the ducks, simple relaxing and watching movie on his 65" TV (his pride & joy). He enjoyed Peaceful & Reflective Solitariness. Military Achievements was Medical Transcribing while stationed in Japan.Service:Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery2000 Mountain Creek ParkwayDallas, TX 75211Services Promptly @ 2:30 on June 18th, 2026Interment at Columbarium Niche "F"Simon is survived by his maternal grandmother Francisca Arizmendi (98y/o).
