Frontier Settlement Housing Development Advances in Saginaw

A new residential development, Frontier Settlement, is moving forward in Saginaw, part of the vibrant Tarrant County area shared with neighboring Arlington. The project will bring 56 single-family homes to the community. This development is located at the corner of Old Decatur and W McLeroy Blvd, adjacent to Willow Creek Elementary.

WR Frontier LLC leads the development of Frontier Settlement. The project has appeared on local agendas, including a Planning & Zoning Meeting (Item 2A) and a City Council Meeting (Item 4A).

The addition of these homes aims to provide more housing options for Saginaw residents.
