Larimer County Adds 266 Acres to Red-tail Ridge Open Space

LOVELAND – Larimer County Natural Resources recently announced the conservation of two new land additions, totaling 266 acres, at Red-tail Ridge Open Space. This expansion occurred through partnerships with two local landowners.

Red-tail Ridge Open Space sits along the Larimer-Boulder County line. The newly acquired acreage falls within the Little Thompson River and Blue Mountain conservation priority areas, as outlined in the Larimer County Open Lands Master Plan.
