Severe Thunderstorm Warning for Goshen, Platte Counties Expires
GOSHEN/PLATTE COUNTIES, WYOMING – The Severe Thunderstorm Warning issued for portions of Goshen and Platte Counties has expired as of 7:15 PM MDT tonight, September 18. The National Weather Service (NWS) in Cheyenne reports that the storms which prompted the warning have weakened below severe limits and no longer pose an immediate threat to life or property.
While the immediate severe threat has passed, residents in Goshen and Platte Counties should still be aware that gusty winds and heavy rain remain possible with these thunderstorms.
