Service Requests SeeClickFix

Submit Citizen Service Requests with SeeClickFix The City partners with SeeClickFix to provide faster and more convenient options for our citizens to submit service requests. SeeClickFix is a free mobile and web-based app allowing citizens to request services from city staff and report non-emergency issues within the city’s jurisdiction. You can provide staff with pictures, videos, and detailed descriptions. Issues are automatically sent to the employee who will perform the work. This employee will provide status updates on the progress of service requests. There are now two easy and fast options to submit a service request. On-line -- Type in the address or drag the red pointer to the service request location on the map provided and then click Next. SeeClickFix Mobile App -- With the App, you can easily notify the City of any non-emergency service request, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week directly from your mobile phone. It's free to download on your iOS or Android device. This site is protected by reCAPTCHA and the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply. Powered by SeeClickFix • Terms of Use SeeClickFix is a public application - the description entered on your request will be visible to the public. Your display name will also be visible unless you choose the option to submit as Anonymous. Your email address will never be publicly displayed. For emergency, issues contact Police Dispatch at 352-343-2101 For any other issues, submit them online using SeeClickFix or call 352-742-6902

First Time SeeClickFix User Instructions | Tavares, FL - Official Website First Time SeeClickFix User Instructions First Time User Instructions The City is now partnering with SeeClickFix to provide faster and more convenient options for our citizens to submit service requests. The first time you enter a request you will be prompted to set up an account with SeeClickFix. This sign up screen will be displayed after you click the "Next" button. A screenshot of the signup screen is below. Once initially logged in, you will remain logged in on the online entry through the City website. Having a user account benefits you as a new user so that SeeClickFix can display current and previous service requests you have entered. As a citizen, you will be able to check the status and receive updates on your service requests. *When selecting a Display Name, it does not have to be your actual name. The display name you select is public-facing will be used by SeeClickFix when citizens view service requests that have been entered in their neighborhood or the City. Your email address will never be publicly displayed. Optionally, requests may be entered through the "Guest" tab if you would prefer to not set up an account with SeeClickFix. Scott Aldrich, B.S., CPRP is the Community Services Director for Tavares, Florida - America’s Seaplane City. Scott grew up outside of Charlotte, NC, and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Parks, Recreation, and Tourism from North Carolina State University (Go Wolfpack). He is a Certified Parks and Recreation Professional (CPRP). Scott is married with 2 children.
