Purchasing & Contracting Information for Contractors and Vendors Listed below are Requests for Quotation (RFQs), Requests for Proposal (RFPs), and Invitations for Bid (IFBs) for vendor products and services solicited by the San Diego Superior Court. Qualified vendors are invited to review and respond to these requests. Protest Policy All protests will be handled in accordance with the San Diego Superior Court's Procurement Protest Policy (SDSC Form #ADM-244). Disabled Veterans Business Enterprises (DVBE) The San Diego Superior Court may provide an incentive to bidders and proposers that are certified DVBEs, or who commit to subcontract with certified DVBEs. See individual RFQs, RFPs, and IFBs to determine if an incentive is being offered for the solicitation. DVBE Certification Process: The Office of Small Business and DVBE Services (OSDS) is responsible for the DVBE certification process and will assist with questions or concerns about the process. Certification and eligibility requirements are available on the OSDS website. DVBE Advocate: The San Diego Superior Court has appointed a DVBE Advocate to assist with questions or concerns. The Advocate helps identify potential DVBE contracting opportunities and helps make information regarding pending solicitation available to certified DVBEs.
