The Tarpon Springs Heritage Preservation Board met Oct. 10 at City Hall to consider applications for Certificates of Appropriateness and proposed amendments to historic design guidelines. The meeting began at 5:30 p.m.
The board reviewed an application for an addition to the historic structure at 123 Main St. They also considered an application to replace historic windows at 456 Oak Ave.
Board members discussed proposed amendments to the city's Historic Design Guidelines, which shape preservation efforts and ensure new construction and renovations align with the historic character of designated areas.
Following these discussions, the board approved the minutes from its Sept. 12 meeting before adjourning.
