"NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the City Commission of the City of Deltona, Florida, will hold a public hearing at City Hall, 2345 Providence Boulevard, Deltona, Florida, at 6:30 p.m. on June 17, 2024, to consider the following Ordinance: ORDINANCE NO. 27-24 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DELTONA, FLORIDA, AMENDING CHAPTER 18, “MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC,” ARTICLE III, “OPERATION OF VEHICLES,” BY CREATING A NEW DIVISION 7, “MOBILE FOOD DISPENSING VEHICLES,” TO PROVIDE REGULATIONS FOR MOBILE FOOD DISPENSING VEHICLES; PROVIDING FOR REPEAL OF CONFLICTING ORDINANCES; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. All interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard with respect to the proposed Ordinance.
