Administrative Organizational Chart John Piscitella Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources & Community Services Area Responsibilities: Oversees all aspects of human resources, including, but not limited to the hiring process, observation and evaluation of faculty and staff, compliance with NYSED and Civil Service rules and regulations, labor relations, contract negotiations, etc. Oversees the Parent University program, Adult Enrichment program, District communications, records management, and website.
