Celebrate lives changed at the Teen Challenge of Arizona Fall Statewide Graduation, a powerful gathering that honors students from programs across the state who have completed a significant milestone in their recovery journey.
This graduation is a time of joy, reflection, and thanksgiving as graduates share testimonies of growth, healing, and renewed purpose. Families, friends, churches, staff, and supporters come together to recognize the perseverance and faith that have marked each student’s path through the Teen Challenge program.
The Fall Statewide Graduation is more than a ceremony—it is a celebration of hope restored, futures reclaimed, and the ongoing impact made possible through prayer, support, and community partnership.
All are welcome to attend and join us as we celebrate what God has done and continues to do through Teen Challenge of Arizona.

We are so excited to welcome you to an extra special night of Playin at the Chul on June 13th from 6pm-9pm. This is going to be such a memorable night for Tucson families.
Following this email, you will receive and invoice from us for your vendor payment. Please pay this within 5 days so we can secure your space. If you have any specific set up or facilities questions, please contact our events coordinator at Tohono Chul – Sylvia [email protected]. You will be able to drop off your stuff earlier in the morning to set up on the day of the event to prevent having to set up in the heat of the day. We will be sending more information soon!

Beat the heat and join us after hours from 5 to 8 pm on July 31 for Momentos, a summer series that celebrates the intersection of art and community, where art becomes a catalyst for connection and meaningful conversations.
Schedule of Activities
From 5 to 8pm explore select galleries and reflect on place, tradition, representation, and community.
5:00 p.m.-5:30p.m.: Join a semi-guided conversation focused on the theme of Poetry and the Everyday in the Another Frame: Lola Álvarez Bravo, Mariana Yampolsky, Graciela Iturbide, Flor Garduño exhibition; meet TMA staff in Mooney Hall to check in at 5:00p.m.
5:30 p.m.-6:30 p.m.: Experience live music in the galleries by Arizona Biennial 2026 artist Karima Walker.
7:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m.: Enjoy an open mic curated by sam bloom inspired by the intersections of mythology and reality; heritage and modernity; past and present; and observation and imagination, in the Mary Jo Brown Gallery stop by anytime and listen throughout the galleries.
Throughout the evening enjoy a cash bar with beer and wine, complimentary bar snacks, vegan ice cream and treats for purchase by Nice Dreams and an opportunity to learn more about TMA Membership and connect with members, in Mooney Hall!

Meditation in the Galleries
Take a deep breath and experience the Arizona Biennial 2026 through a guided slow-looking meditation led by Desiree Hammond, featuring mindful art observation and reflective discussion.
What happens when we experience art through the body, not just the mind?
In this two-hour session, we will explore art through embodied awareness. Together, we will practice orienting, gently noticing what draws our attention, and explore how different pieces land in our bodies.
Through guided prompts, quiet reflection, journaling, and meditation, participants will be invited to slow down, tune in, and engage with art as a mirror for our internal experience. Bring curiosity. No prior art knowledge or meditation experience needed
Meet Your Instructor: Desiree Hammond
Desiree Hammond is Vice President of Community Impact at the Women’s Foundation for the State of Arizona, and a community-centered leader with over 13 years of experience leading initiatives that expand access, deepen engagement, and build organizational capacity. In addition to her work in philanthropy, Desiree is a certified yoga instructor, somatic practitioner, and full-spectrum doula. She advances justice through joy and values-driven change, grounded in the belief that communities thrive when equitable access to resources and holistic well-being are aligned.
$5 for members and individuals under the age of 17 and under; $15 for students with ID; $17 for Seniors and Educators; and $20 for general admission.

Meditación en las Galerías
Respira hondo y experimenta la Bienal de Arizona 2026 a través de una meditación guiada de observación pausada dirigida por Desiree Hammond, que incluye la observación consciente del arte y reflexión.
5 dólares para miembros y menores de 17 años; 15 dólares para estudiantes con identificación; 17 dólares para personas mayores y educadores; y 20 dólares para el público en general.
¿Qué sucede cuando experimentamos el arte a través del cuerpo, y no solo de la mente?
En esta sesión de dos horas, exploraremos el arte mediante la conciencia corporal. Juntos, practicaremos la orientación —observando con suavidad aquello que capta nuestra atención— y exploraremos cómo resuenan las distintas obras en nuestro cuerpo.
A través de pautas guiadas, la reflexión silenciosa, la escritura en diario y la meditación, se invitará a los participantes a bajar el ritmo, sintonizar consigo mismos y relacionarse con el arte como un espejo de su experiencia interna. Trae tu curiosidad. No se requieren conocimientos previos de arte ni experiencia en meditación.
