Sergiy Kyslytsya, a lead negotiator for Ukraine, stated that Kyiv currently holds an advantage in discussions with Russia. Kyslytsya, who also serves as first deputy head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, made the remarks during an interview with NPR.
He previously held the position of permanent representative of Ukraine to the United Nations. Kyslytsya's assessment focused on factors that he believes empower Ukraine's position at the negotiating table, enabling it to pursue serious resolutions.
