Bayfront Health St. Petersburg received the following achievement awards: Get With The Guidelines® - Heart Failure Gold Plus Get With The Guidelines® - Stroke Gold Plus Target: Heart Failure Honor Roll Target: Stroke Honor Roll “Bayfront Health St. Petersburg is committed to improving care by adhering to the American Heart Association’s Get With The Guidelines® program,” said John Moore, President of Bayfront Health St. Petersburg. “The tools and resources provided help us track and measure our success in meeting evidenced-based clinical guidelines developed to improve patient outcomes.” Each year, the American Heart Association helps hospitals use the Get With The Guidelines programs to implement up-to-date, research-based guidelines to speed recovery and reduce death for heart failure and stroke patients.
