BUSD Announces April Attendance Campaign Winners

Greetings to all Benicia Unified School District (BUSD) families.   To support our Attendance Campaign in BUSD, we recognize two schools each month: the BUSD school with the Highest Average Daily Attendance (ADA) and the school with the Most Improved Attendance. The school with the highest ADA will proudly display the BEST Attendance Trophy, while the school with the most improved attendance will showcase the MOST IMPROVED Attendance Trophy. Below are this April winners: Congratulations to Matthew Turner Elementary School, home of the Dolphins, for their outstanding attendance achievements! Turner earned the Best Attendance Award for April, marking their ninth consecutive month with the highest ADA. Their April ADA was an impressive 96.13%. Turner’s ADA has been 96% or above ALL school year.  Kudos to all the students, staff, and families for their continued commitment and teamwork! When comparing ADA from March to April, Benicia Middle School demonstrated the greatest growth, with a .51% increase.  Nice work, Vikings!
