Brain Health Series with Katherine Robinson Starts Oct 1
Residents can attend the "Aging Smarter with Katherine Robinson" series starting Thursday, Oct. 1. The program will explore scientific insights into the aging brain and offer practical strategies for mental acuity, emotional resilience and overall engagement with life.
The series aims to provide actionable advice for maintaining cognitive and emotional well-being as individuals age. Participants will learn about brain health research and simple methods to incorporate into daily routines. The program seeks to empower residents to manage their cognitive and emotional health.
The "Aging Smarter with Katherine Robinson" series will hold sessions on Oct. 1, Oct. 8 and Oct. 10. Each session runs from 10:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.
Residents can subscribe to calendar notifications for community events on the city's website using the "Notify Me®" button. The "Select a Calendar" option allows viewing specific event calendars, with "View All Calendars" as the default.
