NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the City Council of the City of Owatonna, Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on the 9th day of July, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 540 West Hills Circle, Owatonna, Minnesota, to consider the adoption of an ordinance amending Chapter 9 of the Owatonna City Code relating to cannabis businesses and amending the official zoning map to reflect certain zoning classification modifications that are necessary to accommodate cannabis businesses. All interested persons are invited to attend said hearing and make comments, either orally or in writing, relative to the proposed ordinance. A copy of the proposed ordinance is available for review at the office of the City Administrator located at City Hall, 540 West Hills Circle, Owatonna, Minnesota, during regular business hours.
