INVITATION FOR BID IFB 24-014 Avenue D Improvements Phase II CITY OF FORT PIERCE, FLORIDA Sealed bids will be received by the City of Fort Pierce, Florida at the office of the City Clerk, 100 N US Highway 1, Fort Pierce, Florida 34950, until 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, June 26, 2024, for furnishing all materials, equipment, labor, and incidentals to complete the following project: Avenue D Improvements Phase II Copies of the bid documents may be examined and obtained at the office of the Procurement Division, 100 N US Highway 1, Fort Pierce, Florida 34950, or by calling (772) 467-3130 for information on how to obtain them. There is no charge for the bid documents. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday, June 12, 2024, at the City Hall, located at 100 N US Highway 1, Fort Pierce, Florida 34950, in the City Commission Chambers. Attendance is highly recommended. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked with the project name and IFB number. All bids must be complete and regular in every respect and be made in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The City reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Bids may be held by the City for a period not to exceed ninety (90) days from the date of bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of the bidders, prior to awarding of the contract.
