Property Fraud is a growing crime in which criminals will try to steal your property or your identity. The St. Johns County Clerk of Courts offers a FREE Fraud Alert Program to help protect you from potential property fraud. When you register, you will receive an email notification any time a document is recorded in the St. Johns County Official Records with your name (or organization's name) on it. If you receive a notification for a document you did not authorize, you will be able to take action quickly. This is especially helpful in cases of identity theft and deed fraud.
