AUGUSTINE, FLORIDA, AMENDING CHAPTER 4, ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, ARTICLE II, REGULATIONS, SECTION 4-24, CONSUMPTION ON PUBLIC PROPERTY; PROVIDING FOR REPEAL OF CONFLICTING PROVISIONS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
