RESOLUTION 26-036 RESOLUTION AWARDING BIDS FOR THE 2026 EDGEBROOK GOLF COURSE WATER SOURCING REBID  WHEREAS, the City of Brookings opened bids for the 2026 Edgebrook Golf Course Water Sourcing (rebid) Project on Monday, May 4, 2026 at 1:30 pm at the Brookings City and County Government Center; and             WHEREAS, the City of Brookings has received the following bids: Metro Construction: $2,125,139.67; LL & Sons Excavating: $1,804,766.08; First Rate Excavate: $1,852,683.70; Winter Contracting: $1,815,936.31; and Prunty Construction: $1,814,102.74; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the total low bid of $1,804,766.08 for LL & Sons Construction Inc., Brookings, SD be accepted. Passed and Approved this 26th day of May, 2026.                                                                                       CITY OF BROOKINGS, SD                                                                                     ________________________________                                                                                    Oepke G.
