Through this club, students develop skills in horticulture, plant science, and sustainability while fostering teamwork and responsibility. Members participate in planting, maintaining, and harvesting a variety of plants in our school garden, with opportunities to learn about nutrition, agriculture, and the importance of green spaces in our community. Aligned with the principles of the national 4-H organization, this club encourages leadership, curiosity, and a love for the outdoors. Whether students are seasoned gardeners or just starting out, the 4-H and Jr. Garden Club offers a welcoming environment for all to grow, learn, and make a positive impact. The club meets on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of every month from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM. Students must complete an enrollment form to attend. For more information, contact Ms. Shelhon at [email protected].
