Dressed in fancy spring outfits, Westhampton Beach Elementary School students were all smiles as they participated in their school’s annual Spring Formal Luncheon on May 19. As part of the event, the PTA decorated the cafeteria with balloons and colored tablecloths and helped to serve students a special lunch and dessert.
