
Baptist Health Expands Global Services in South Florida
Baptist Health South Florida enhances its global reach with expanded international patient services and a new office in the Dominican Republic.

Baptist Health South Florida continues to grow its international patient program, building on more than 60 years of experience. The organization serves thousands of patients annually from around the world, who seek treatment from its physicians and facilities.
Baptist Health has earned high marks from accrediting and rating agencies for surgical care, patient safety, and patient satisfaction. The International Services division offers a dedicated Coordination of Care team with multilingual, multicultural staff. This team assists patients with travel, appointments, and local transportation.
Baptist Health International also collaborates with international physicians, medical associations, and hospitals. These partnerships provide services such as medical second opinions, observerships, consulting, and continuing medical education courses. Key specialties include Cancer Care, Heart & Vascular Care, Orthopedic Care, and Brain & Spine Care.
The Hilton Miami Dadeland, located on the Baptist Hospital campus, offers accommodations for patients and their families. Baptist Health International recently opened a new office in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, to increase accessibility for patients in that region.
