Conservatory room of the Library Board President reads: As required by Section 84-1411, subsection of the Nebraska Statutes, notice is hereby given that a copy of the open meetings act is posted for your examination. Agenda posted on library web site, library door, City Hall, Court House 9/23/2026 1:30 p.m. Declare Meeting properly publicized and open to the public. 1:32 p.m. Roll call. 1:35p.m. Approval of bill from Fuller Construction for work done as part of interior renovation of the library. The Library Board of Directors reserves the right to adjourn into executive session pursuant to Section 84-1410 of the Nebraska Revised State Statutes.
