I-275 from Gandy Boulevard to 4th Street North Improvements The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is conducting a Project Development and Environment (PD&E) study to evaluate potential improvements to I-275 from Gandy Boulevard to 4th Street North in Pinellas County. The study will assess existing and future conditions, develop and evaluate alternatives, and recommend a preferred alternative that improves safety and mobility in the project area. A Public Hearing is scheduled for February 6, 2026, between 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. at the FDOT District One Auditorium, 801 N. Broadway Avenue, Bartow, FL 33830. This hearing is to present information and receive community input on the project.
