Terrace Street Closure: Honesdale Stormwater Work

Honesdale Borough will close Terrace Street overnight starting March 31 as Pioneer Construction continues work on the Vine/Terrace/4th Street Stormwater Project.

The project addresses flooding in downtown Honesdale's historic Vine Street, Commercial Street and Terrace Street area. Daytime lane restrictions will affect Terrace Street on Monday, March 30. Beginning Tuesday night, full closures will run from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m., with detours in place.
