The Village of Miami Shores is recruiting for the position of Village Clerk. This critical role is responsible for maintaining official records, administering oaths, and ensuring compliance with all legal requirements related to village governance and public access to information. The Village Clerk also serves as the chief election official for the Village and oversees the preparation of meeting agendas and minutes for the Village Council and various boards and committees. Qualifications include extensive knowledge of municipal law, excellent organizational skills, and strong interpersonal abilities. Join the Navarre Beach Marine Science Station on Sunday, April 21st from 9am-12pm for a Coastal Clean Up at Navarre Beach Marine Park! Help protect our local environment by removing litter and debris from the park's shoreline and surrounding areas. Volunteers of all ages are welcome to participate. Gloves, bags, and other necessary equipment will be provided. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes, and to bring their own water and sunscreen. This is a great opportunity to give back to the community and help keep our beaches clean and healthy. We hope to see you there!
