Vendor Registration Boot Camp, Nov. 5 Skip to Primary Content Home > Strategic Procurement > Vendor Registration Boot Camp, Nov. 5 Vendor Registration Boot Camp, Nov. 5 October 1, 2026 — Strategic Procurement Share: Sign up for the Strategic Procurement Department's Vendor Registration Boot Camp, taking place Thursday, Nov. 5, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., at the Coral Reef Branch Library (9211 Coral Reef Drive, Miami, FL 33157). They'll walk you through the vendor registration process step-by-step to make sure you are ready to participate in County contracts. This event is intended for businesses not currently registered as vendors with Miami-Dade County. To participate in the event, bring the following information with you on a flash drive: Company's name, address, email, and contact person's information Local business tax receipt if the company's physical address is in Miami-Dade County Certificate of Corporation Signed and dated W-9 Form (Rev. 3-2024) Any preprinted IRS form issued by the IRS identifying your business name and EIN Remember to bring your laptop! If you do not have a laptop, indicate that on the registration form and we will try to accommodate. There are a limited number of laptops available at the library. If you have your own laptop, we recommend that you bring it so you get the most out of this event. Space is limited, and this is a free event. Please RSVP today to confirm your attendance. Navarre Beach Coastal Clean Up Scheduled for April 21st

Join the Navarre Beach Marine Science Station on Sunday, April 21st from 9am-12pm for a Coastal Clean Up at Navarre Beach Marine Park! Help protect our local environment by removing litter and debris from the park's shoreline and surrounding areas. Volunteers of all ages are welcome to participate. Gloves, bags, and other necessary equipment will be provided. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes, and to bring their own water and sunscreen. This is a great opportunity to give back to the community and help keep our beaches clean and healthy. We hope to see you there!
