Public Service Announcement • Chipley, FL The City of Chipley Public Works Department will be closing the intersection of Church Avenue & 5th Street on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. for water line repairs. The following roads will be closed: Church Avenue from 4th Street to Hwy 77 5th Street from North Railroad Avenue to Watts Avenue. We will update when the road is open. These events are designed to build community spirit while supporting Groveland's unique local businesses and organizations. Highlights include the 4th of July Celebration, the Christmas Parade, and ongoing activities like the 2nd Friday Block Parties at Lake David Park.
