The Sebastian Citizens Budget Advisory Committee met Monday, Feb. 9, 2026, at City Hall to review financial reports and elect new leadership. The committee approved financial reports for fiscal years 2025 and 2026. Members also elected a new chairperson and vice-chairperson.

Attendees included Harry Hall, Bill Flynn, Grace Reed, Bill Middleton, Larry Napier, Scott Baker, Roy Garton and Susan Jacob.
