ID Hot Yoga Opens Second Location in Sag Harbor

ID Hot Yoga, co-founded by Kelly Isaac and Tricia Donegan, opened a new studio in Sag Harbor to complement its East Hampton location at 3 Railroad Ave.
The studio offers heat-based yoga and fitness classes that blend strength training with intentional movement. Isaac said the approach combines intensity with control to build physical and mental resilience.
ID Hot Yoga offers six class types: ID, a strength-focused Hatha class; ID Flow, a continuous sequence for experienced practitioners; Hot HIIT, high-energy cardio; Slow Burn Hot Mat Pilates; Full Body Strength Training with Weights; and ID Sculpt, which pairs breathwork with light weights.
Isaac encourages new and experienced students to attend classes. The studio emphasizes accessibility and community as it expands.
