NY Manufacturer Sells Tampa Building, Remains on Lease

Elmhurst, New York-based Century Fasteners Corp. sold its 24,777-square-foot industrial property at 5040 Tampa West Blvd. in Tampa for $4.8 million. Redfearn Capital, a private equity firm from Delray Beach, purchased the building.
Century Fasteners signed a seven-year lease to remain in the facility, continuing its operations at the site. The company employs approximately 270 people nationwide, with about 30 staff members at the Tampa location.
The facility, built in 1985, sits on 1.35 acres and includes 4,000 square feet of office space, 24-foot clear heights, four dock-high loading positions, three-phase power, and ample parking.
Century Fasteners distributes fastener and non-fastener products to the aerospace, defense, medical, automotive, telecom, and general industrial sectors. The leaseback agreement allows the company to maintain its Tampa operations.
