Medical Marijuana Amendment 2 Discussion | Florida

The Surreal News will air a discussion on Florida's medical marijuana amendment Friday, Sept. 16, from 9 to 10 a.m. Hosts Steve and Lew will interview Larry Heiny, a grassroots organizer for United for Care, and Robert Jordan, who has cultivated cannabis for decades to treat his wife Cathy's ALS.

Jordan says cannabis is the only treatment that has helped Cathy's condition. Amendment 2, which would legalize medical marijuana in Florida, came close to the 60 percent voter approval needed to amend the state constitution in a previous ballot.
