Good Shepherd Lutheran Hosts Third Thursday Fellowship Dinner on October 15

Sarasota residents have an opportunity to connect and build community next month as Good Shepherd Lutheran Church and School revives its Third Thursday Fellowship Dinners. The upcoming dinner will take place on October 15, from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm, at the church located at 5659 Honore Avenue.

These dinners aim to bring together members from both the Saturday 5:30 pm Contemporary worship service and the Sunday 9:15 am Traditional worship service. Organizers schedule all dinners to begin at 5:30 pm, allowing time for socializing before the meal.

The Third Thursday Fellowship Dinners are a long-standing tradition at Good Shepherd Lutheran. The church encourages attendees to sign up for the event using a sheet located in the narthex. As part of the tradition, an outreach offering will be collected for the servers at each dinner.
