Clearwater marketing firm PostcardMania launched a new service Monday to help small and mid-sized businesses improve their online visibility in an AI-driven era. The service, called “Optimize Search + AI,” aims to enhance how businesses appear in traditional search results and AI platforms.

The new offering integrates into PostcardMania’s existing “Everywhere Small Business” multichannel marketing campaign. It seeks to strengthen a business's presence across digital channels including Google, Facebook, Instagram, Gmail, YouTube, and television. The company stated the service aims to increase the likelihood businesses will be recommended by AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude.

Joy Gendusa, founder and CEO of PostcardMania, stressed the importance of adapting to evolving search habits. “Small business owners cannot afford to ignore this shift in how people search,” Gendusa said in a release. “If your business isn’t clearly represented online in a number of places, those platforms are probably going to recommend a competitor instead.” Gendusa, named a Business Observer Top Entrepreneur this year, leads a company serving more than 130,000 clients nationwide with approximately $120 million in annual revenue.

The service addresses AI’s growing influence on consumer information discovery. By optimizing a business's digital footprint, PostcardMania intends to ensure clients are not overlooked as AI assistants and search engines develop. The company’s campaign combines direct mail with digital advertising for a comprehensive marketing strategy.
