
Michael Hoelle Appointed New CEO of Arctic Air Home Services
Michael Hoelle has been named the new CEO of Manatee County-based Arctic Air Home Services, succeeding co-founder Scott Whitaker, who moves to executive chairman of the parent company. Hoelle, formerly COO, aims to expand the HVAC and plumbing company's reach and strengthen its team.

Manatee County-based Arctic Air Home Services announced Michael Hoelle as its new Chief Executive Officer. Hoelle, who previously served as the company's Chief Operating Officer, now leads the 180-employee firm. Arctic Air Home Services provides HVAC and plumbing services across Manatee, Sarasota, Charlotte, and Lee counties.
Former CEO and co-founder Scott Whitaker will serve as executive chairman of the board at the parent company, Arctic Air Holdings. In his role as COO, Hoelle developed the company's operational infrastructure, financial planning systems, and customer service programs.
Hoelle plans to expand into new geographic markets, identify local opportunities, and strengthen the company's culture and team. He will also ensure the company has the necessary infrastructure for sustained growth.
Arctic Air Home Services was established in 2008 as an HVAC business and expanded into plumbing services in 2015. The company joined Arctic Air Holdings in 2024.
Arctic Air Holdings, headquartered in Manatee County, owns Arctic Air Home Services; Graham Heating & Air Conditioning in Largo; Spectrum Air Conditioning & Refrigeration in North Fort Myers; Bolt Electric in Sarasota; and Sean McCutcheon’s Air Conditioning and Heating in Sarasota.
