Santa Rosa Beach Tennis Center Redevelopment | Fall 2026

Construction crews are demolishing the old Santa Rosa Beach Tennis Center and pouring footers for the new Pro Shop & Fitness Center as of May 8, 2026. Crews have installed utility lines and neared completion on site work for the pickleball courts.

American Tennis Courts will begin its portion of the project soon. The Homeowners Association expects the facility to open in the fall with a gym, Pro Shop, and additional tennis and pickleball courts.
