"NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ORDINANCE 2024-13 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing to consider the following proposed ordinance: ORDINANCE 2024-13 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE SANTA ROSA COUNTY LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE, ORDINANCE 2000-05, AS AMENDED; AMENDING SECTION 1.02.00, DEFINITIONS; AMENDING SECTION 4.07.06, RECREATIONAL VEHICLE PARKS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. A public hearing on this ordinance will be held on the 13th day of June, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. at the Santa Rosa County Administrative Center, 6495 Caroline Street, Milton, FL 32570. All interested parties may appear and be heard at the public hearing. The proposed ordinance is available for inspection at the Santa Rosa County Planning and Zoning Department, 6495 Caroline Street, Milton, Florida 32570, during normal business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Santa Rosa County adheres to the Americans with Disabilities Act and will make reasonable modifications for access to all services, programs, and activities.
