Federal officials are investigating a multistate cyclosporiasis outbreak potentially linked to lettuce. An initial laboratory finding of cyclospora in a lettuce sample from Taylor Farms was later determined to be a false positive. The outbreak involves more than 7,000 reported cases nationwide.
