PETERSBURG, FL – The number of units actively responding to a St. Petersburg medical emergency has been revised again, with emergency dispatch now confirming a total of 10 units are currently on scene. This latest update, received as a DISPATCH UPDATE – MEDICAL, indicates that 7 additional units were dispatched, bringing the definitive number of responding units to ten.

This marks a slight downward revision from the previously reported 11 units, which itself was an upward adjustment from an earlier count of 5. The unit count for this evolving medical incident has seen significant fluctuations; initially, emergency dispatch had indicated 22 units were responding to the incident, and at one point, a peak of 28 units was reported.

The nature of the medical emergency and the specific circumstances requiring such a dynamic response remain undisclosed at this time, with officials yet to release further details regarding the incident.
