Ronald St. Charles Jr., 53, Dies in Flint

Ronald Paul "Ron" St. Charles Jr., a Howell resident who worked as a DJ, died May 14 in Flint. He was 53.

Born March 30, 1973, in Howell to Ronald St. Charles Sr. and Katherine A. Briggs, he graduated from Fowlerville High School in 1991. He married Katherine Gwen Rosenberger on August 10, 2001, in Howell. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and camping.

He is survived by his wife, Katy; five children, Paula, Ronnie III, Tommy, Colin, and Shawnté; five grandchildren; his parents; three siblings; and six nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held at 4 p.m. Thursday, May 21, at Watkins Brothers Funeral Homes, MacDonald Chapel, 315 N. Michigan Ave. Visitation runs from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. The family requests memorial tree plantings instead of flowers.
