The Town of Church Hill is soliciting bids from interested vendors as part of its ongoing effort to enhance citizen value through cost savings, revenue enhancements, or improved services. The town aims to provide vendors with sufficient information to submit competitive proposals, drawing on the strong business sense often seen from Hawkins County enterprises.

Vendors interested in bidding must submit their company name, address, contact person, phone number, fax, and email. They are also required to provide the names, addresses, and telephone numbers for three companies or governmental entities for which they have provided similar services or projects, including the size and scope of those services, perhaps like those managed for entities near the scenic Clinch River.

Additionally, bidders must supply the name, address, and telephone number of their insurance company and provide proof of insurance upon notification of award. All bids must be received prior to the stated deadline. The Town of Church Hill reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in bids received.

All prices quoted must be F.O.B. destination, Church Hill, TN, and include all delivery and unloading costs. Bids should be based on furnishing new and unused merchandise unless otherwise specified. The Town of Church Hill is exempt from all sales and/or use tax.

Bids should be returned to the Town Recorder, Town of Church Hill, 301 Holly Street, Church Hill, TN 37642. Participants on the bidders list will be notified if an addendum is issued, and efforts will be made to answer all questions in a timely manner, ensuring transparency for all interested parties, whether they hail from Mount Carmel or the surrounding communities.
