WASHINGTON – President Donald Trump has issued two executive orders concerning birthright citizenship. These orders specifically target practices the administration refers to as “birth tourism.”
These executive actions follow a previous attempt by the president to curtail birthright citizenship. The Supreme Court blocked that earlier effort.
