Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the Healthy West Orange Arts and Heritage Center at the Town of Oakland! Volunteers are the core of the Center and help to promote the mission and programs we offer to the community. We are accepting volunteer applications at this time.The Center is open Tuesday through Fridays from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m., and 1st & 3rd Saturdays from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m.Opportunities to serve as volunteers are available for adults aged 18+ and students aged 16-18 (accompanied by a parent or guardian, for community service hours). Duties include greeting and counting visitors and answering questions regarding the current exhibit or upcoming events. Volunteers may also choose to assist at Town events, or special projects as they arise.
