PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the City of Tarpon Springs, Florida will conduct a Public Hearing to consider the Evaluation and Appraisal Report (EAR) of the City of Tarpon Springs Comprehensive Plan. The Public Hearing will be held Tuesday, May 21, 2024 at 6:30 PM at City Hall, 324 E Pine Street, Tarpon Springs, Florida. All interested parties are invited to attend and be heard. The purpose of the public hearing is to consider the Evaluation and Appraisal Report (EAR) of the City’s Comprehensive Plan. A copy of the EAR is available for review at the City of Tarpon Springs Planning and Zoning Department located at 324 E Pine Street, Tarpon Springs, Florida 34689 during regular business hours. The EAR is also available for review at www.ctsfl.us. All interested parties are invited to attend and provide comments at the public hearing. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 286.26, Florida Statutes, persons with disabilities needing a special accommodation to participate in this proceeding should contact the City Clerk’s Office no later than three (3) days prior to the proceeding at (727) 937-1224.
