School Advisory Council (SAC)

School Advisory Council (SAC) The School Advisory Council is a team of people representing various segments of the community--parents, teachers, administrators, support staff, business/community members, and students--who are responsible for collaboratively developing and evaluating the School Improvement Plan (SIP). Florida Statute 1001.452 states each school's principal shall establish and maintain a school advisory council.
