This seat is reserved for a representative from a civil rights or racial justice organization.PREVAIL is a voluntary, community-based alternative to arrest that supports individuals age 15 and older whose low-level offenses may be connected to behavioral health or substance use needs. The program partners with law enforcement and community providers to connect participants to trauma-informed, person-centered case management.The committee meets quarterly and helps guide PREVAIL policy in Pueblo County.
