Man Arrested for Trailer Theft in Delray Beach; Fort Pierce Drug Arrests

DELRAY BEACH — A man faces grand theft auto charges after allegedly attempting to steal a boat or personal watercraft trailer from Coastal Supply, a business located near the 116 SW 10th Street block. Police observed Frisco Jerome, the suspect, enter the property and manually pull a trailer onto the public roadway. When questioned, Jerome offered nonsensical explanations, according to authorities. An investigation revealed Jerome intended to transport the trailer to a Trail Rail station.

In a separate incident, three individuals were arrested during a narcotics investigation at a park on 10th Street in Fort Pierce. The Fort Pierce Police Department's Crime Suppression Unit conducted the operation following community complaints. Erika Joseph, 52; Michelle Sales, 21; and April Ruiz, 38, face charges related to the possession of cocaine and drug paraphernalia. The investigation remains open.

In Port St. Lucie, residents are being credited for rescuing a young child walking alone toward a retention pond. Neighbors noticed the disoriented boy and attempted to assist him. The child entered the water, and the residents followed, ensuring his safety. Body camera footage showed residents removing fire ants from the child. Police commended the citizens' swift actions and urged the community to report dangers to vulnerable individuals.
