Riviera Beach Boil Water Notice Due to Water Main Break

Riviera Beach residents in specific areas must boil their water for drinking, cooking, and other uses following a water main break. The precautionary boil water notice took effect Friday, September 18, 2026.

The affected properties are located at 28, 36, 44, 56, 68, 80, and 84 W 37th Street, and 31, 41, 49, 59, 67, 75, and 87 Silver Beach Road.

Crews responded to a water main break at 44 W 37th Street. Until the issue is resolved and water quality is confirmed safe through bacteriological surveys, residents should bring all water used for drinking, cooking, making ice, brushing teeth, and washing dishes to a rolling boil for at least one minute. Bottled water is an acceptable alternative.
